- Any service not specifically mentioned is not included.
- Ziyarat includes local sites in Makkah and Madinah only.
- Short-Term Package Ziyarat is subject to traffic and route permissions.
- Room sharing will be strictly on a Quad/Quint basis unless upgraded.
- No choice of room, floor, or room partners will be entertained.
- Package is non-customizable and cannot be rerouted or rescheduled.
- We are not responsible for changes in Government or Saudi Hajj regulations.
- Pilgrims are responsible for their personal luggage and belongings.
- Qurbani charges, excess baggage, room service, medical tests, and Zamzam container damage/loss are not included.
- Tawaf-e-Ziyarat travel from Mina to Makkah and return to Mina will be at the pilgrim’s own expense.
- No transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Mina Camp on 10th Zil Hijjah.

Hajj reservations are strictly Non-Cancellable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Refundable. Only serious and confirmed bookings should be made. Once the booking amount is paid and the reservation is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
