- Any service not specifically mentioned is not included.
- Ziyarat includes local sites in Makkah and Madinah only.
- Short-Term Package Ziyarat is subject to traffic and route permissions.
- Room sharing will be strictly on a Quad/Quint basis unless upgraded.
- No choice of room, floor, or room partners will be entertained.
- Package is non-customisable and cannot be rerouted or rescheduled.
- We are not responsible for changes in Government or Saudi Haj regulations.
- Pilgrims are responsible for their personal luggage and belongings.
- Qurbani charges, excess baggage, room service, medical tests, and Zamzam container damage/loss are not included.
- Tawaf-e-Ziyarat travel from Mina to Makkah and return to Mina will be at the pilgrim's own expense.
- No transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Mina Camp on 10th Zil Hijjah.
- If, due to any unavoidable circumstances, the Saudi Government introduces changes to the Haj 2027 arrangements, itinerary, or related services beyond the control of the PTO, all such changes shall be binding upon the pilgrims. Every pilgrim shall be required to accept and comply with these modifications as directed by the relevant authorities.
Important Booking Policy
Haj reservations are strictly non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Only serious and confirmed bookings should be made. Once the booking amount is paid and the reservation is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
